At 8020 Media Inc. (“8020 Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we stand behind the quality of our educational products, programs, and memberships. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.

By completing your purchase, you agree to abide by the refund conditions described below.

1. Program-Specific Refund Terms

Refunds and guarantees may vary depending on the specific program, course, or membership. Please review the refund conditions stated on the sales or checkout page of each product. Those terms govern your purchase and form part of this policy.

2. Standard 14-Day Guarantee

For certain qualifying courses, 8020 Media may offer a “14-Day Guarantee” under the following conditions:

  • You must complete the entire course or program within 14 days.

  • You must spend at least one hour per day actively applying what you learn (e.g., creating content, marketing, building products).

  • You must submit a written refund request within 14 days of your enrollment date.

  • You must show reasonable effort by completing all coursework and assignments.


    If, after meeting these conditions, you still do not see improved results or find value in the program, we will issue a full refund.

3. Circumstances Where Refunds Will NOT Be Granted

  • You enroll but do not complete the course or assignments.

  • You enroll, do not actively implement what you learn, and then request a refund.

  • You enroll, partially watch videos, then decide to quit without completing.

  • You submit a refund request outside the applicable guarantee window.

4. Payment Cancellation & Installment Policy

  • After any stated refund period expires, all sales are final. No cancellations or refunds will be granted, and you agree to pay any remaining balance on your account in full.

  • If you default on installment payments, we reserve the right to pursue collection, including hiring a collection agency or pursuing legal action, and to recover any reasonable costs or legal fees incurred

5. Course Swapping / Exchanges

All course purchases are final. You may not exchange or transfer your purchase for another course. If you wish to join a different program, you must enroll and pay separately.

6. Chargebacks

  • By purchasing from 8020 Media, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes with your bank or credit card provider. If you have a problem, you must contact us directly to resolve it.

  • Initiating a chargeback will be treated as a breach of your agreement, and may result in immediate cancellation of any further services and forfeiture of access to all programs. 8020 Media reserves the right to recover any damages, costs, and reasonable attorney fees related to chargebacks.

7. Non-Refundable Deposits

Deposits paid to secure enrollment in a program are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
